Cabernet Sauvignon/Pineau d'Aunis
'La Valse' is a blend made of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon with the remaining 20% Pineau d'Aunis. While the Cabernet was directly pressed, the Pineau d'Aunis is macerated for a short amount of time before being blended back in together and co-fermented in fiberglass vats. Light an extremely light blush to it, 'La Valse' is actually generous in flavour compared to what the colour may suggest. A beautifully Rosé of which we're always so happy to receive our small allocation.
