Merlot Blend
Blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Semillon in equal parts and from the same terroir on brown clay. The Semillon is pressed directly, vinified in concrete, Merlot macerates for a month in open casks and the Cabernet Franc is vinified by carbonic maceration in concrete vats. The assembly is made 3 months before bottling.
