Grenache (50%), Mourvedre (19%), Syrah (11%), Pinot Gris (9%), Gewurtztraminer (9%). All sourced from around the southern part of the Barossa, the fruit is picked early for the Rose. Only a small amount of skin contact to give it a small amount of colour. Minimal sulphur was added before bottling.
