Marie Rose is possibly the most delicious wine we have seen from Baptiste. Grolleau Gris macerated as whole bunches for 10 days before being pressed to a combination of old puncheons and tank. Its clear with a luminous pink colour, a touch of tannin and a ripe, floral aroma. A joy to drink.
